Services are provided by prior appointment, except where otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, except where otherwise specified.

Consumer Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, consumers may refer the matter to the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centre in accordance with applicable Portuguese legislation.
