Cancellation Policy

At Meraki Clinic, appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient. To help us manage our schedule and offer appointments to other patients, we kindly ask that cancellations or changes are made as early as possible.

Cancellation and Missed Appointments

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.

The same fee may apply to appointments that are missed without prior notice.

If a patient has three consecutive late cancellations or missed appointments, Meraki Clinic reserves the right to require payment in advance for future appointments.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us manage appointment availability and provide timely care to all our patients.

Meraki Clinic reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy where necessary due to operational, legal, or regulatory requirements. Any changes will be published on this website.
