Our Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy has been introduced to ensure we can continue offering high-quality care while respecting the time and commitment of our practitioners and all our patients.

When you book an appointment, your consultation time is reserved exclusively for you. A treatment room is allocated, and time is specifically set aside in the schedule of your practitioner. Time is one of our most valuable resources, allowing us to provide personalised care and treatment to everyone who entrusts us with their health.

A confirmation message will be sent a few days before your appointment, giving you sufficient time to confirm or cancel your booking. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient who may be waiting for treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost. The same fee may apply if you do not attend your appointment without prior notice.

If three consecutive appointments are cancelled late or missed without notice, Meraki Clinics reserves the right to require full payment in advance when booking future appointments.
